Four decades, one standard
The Air Woodlands timeline
1978: Sam Dillon founds the company
Oak Ridge North, before The Woodlands had its own zip code. Sam picked the name because the phone book listed businesses alphabetically and "Air" put him at the front. He built the company on prompt, honest service at any hour.
2011: Jeremy Laurence joins as partner
Jeremy brought structure to scheduling and dispatch without changing what made the company worth joining. Sam and Jeremy worked side by side growing Air Woodlands for seven years.
2018: Jeremy takes the lead
The company added commercial ductwork, earned the RUUD ProPartner designation, and grew to serve both Montgomery and Harris counties. The standard Sam set in 1978 has not changed.

I cannot say enough great things about Air Woodlands! Scott came out to our home this morning around 10:30 AM and had the issue diagnosed within about 15 minutes. He quickly identified that our condenser fan motor had failed and explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms without any confusing technical jargon. What impressed us most was how fast and efficient the service was. Scott got right to work, completed the repair, and had our AC back up and cooling the house in no time. The entire visit was completed by approximately 11:20 AM — less than an hour from arrival to departure! Fast, professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable.
