Air distribution. The Woodlands and surrounding areas

Ductwork Installation and Repair

Trunk-line fabrication, flex duct replacement, and full air distribution systems designed and installed by the team that built duct systems in The Woodlands before most of these neighborhoods had roads.

The ducts are the system most HVAC companies ignore

A high-efficiency air conditioner attached to leaking or undersized ductwork performs like a mid-grade unit at best. Duct leakage in a typical Texas attic runs 20 to 30 percent of system output, which means a third of your cooling dollar is heating the attic. We design duct systems to ACCA Manual D, which determines trunk size, branch sizing, and register placement based on the room's actual load, not what the previous contractor happened to have on their truck. We also do the unsexy part: finding and sealing the leaks in existing duct systems, which is often cheaper than replacement and recovers most of the efficiency loss.

Ductwork project scope and timeline

A full duct system replacement in a typical single-story home takes one to two days. Trunk-line extensions or targeted repairs are usually completed same-day. We document system static pressure before and after and can provide blower door duct leakage numbers on request.
